1. Overview By placing an order with Snapkin, you agree to these terms.

2. Custom Products All napkins are made to order with your custom design. Because each item is uniquely produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

3. Defects & Errors If your order arrives with a print defect or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund at no cost.

4. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, cancellations are not possible.

5. Image Ownership & Content Policy By uploading an image, you confirm you own the rights to it and grant Snapkin permission to print it. You may not submit images or text that contain inappropriate content, profanity, hate speech, nudity, or any material that is offensive or unlawful. Snapkin reserves the right to cancel any order that violates this policy without a refund.

6. Shipping Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
